Terra Maina is a private four-bedroom villa carved into the hillside above the Messinian Bay, where the olive groves of inner Mani meet a sky that holds its light long after sundown. A place of quiet luxury — stone walls and wooden lattice, an infinity pool that disappears into the sea, and four bedrooms made for unhurried mornings.
Built new from local stone, with timber lattice shutters and concrete detailing. A modern architectural language rooted in the building tradition of Mani.
Stone walls, oak joinery, soft linen. Pergola-shaded dining and a stone fireplace for the cooler nights. Everything flows out to the terrace and the bay beyond.
The infinity pool faces west, catching the long Mani sunsets and the silhouette of the Messinian coastline beyond. A floating teak daybed sits at the waterline, and shaded dining is just steps away under the pergola.
Each room is calibrated for stillness. Linen, blackout shutters, and direct access to either pool or bay views.
